1. The service

Domitoonami generates OBS-ready overlay graphics, Still Art, Video Clips, and Pro Overlays, from text prompts, and delivers them as Browser Source URLs and downloadable files.

2. Accounts

You can sign up with a magic-link email, or with Google or Twitch sign-in. You must be 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to hold a paid subscription.

3. Free generations

New accounts get three free Pro Overlays. They cover plain Pro Overlays only, not Still Art, not Video Clips, and not Layered, and they do not expire. The offer is one per person rather than one per account, so signing up again with a different address will not grant more. We may decline or withdraw it where it is being claimed in bulk. No payment details are required to use it and nothing starts billing when it runs out.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Domitoonami offers three plans, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. An annual plan is charged once for the year and delivers the year's Gen-Fuel with it. Renewal fills your tank back up to your plan's amount and never takes fuel away: if a top-up has you sitting above your plan's number, you keep the higher balance. Plan fuel itself does not stack month over month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, your account is topped up to the new plan's full amount immediately. Generations that fail are not charged against your Gen-Fuel, and fuel you have paid for stays on your account if you cancel.

Pro Overlays are paid for in Gen-Fuel rather than in whole generations, because you choose which AI model writes them and the two do not cost the same to run. One Pro Overlay uses 3 Gen-Fuel on Opus or 2 on Sonnet, and the amount is always shown before you press Generate. Still Art and Video Clips have no model choice, and everything is paid for from the same Gen-Fuel balance: Still Art uses 2 and a Video Clip uses 14. The amount is shown before you press, every time.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from "Manage billing" in your dashboard, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

Prompts are screened by an automated content filter. Don't attempt to generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hateful or harassing material, or anything else that violates applicable law. Violating this may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Your content

You retain the right to use the overlays and files you generate through Domitoonami for your own streaming and content purposes.

8. Third-party services

Domitoonami relies on Stripe for payments, Supabase for accounts and data storage, fal.ai and Anthropic for AI generation, and Google/Twitch for optional sign-in. See the Privacy Policy for details on what each receives.

9. Availability

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be temporarily unavailable if those providers experience downtime or capacity issues.

10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Domitoonami after a change means you accept the update.
